Each year more and more people are getting out and hitting the trails. As great as that is, many of them fail to get the information and education they need before doing so. Unprepared hikers can be dangerous to themselves and others. They may also ruin others experience in the outdoors and destroy trails and eco-systems without knowing they did so. So this week, let's watch this great video from Miranda Goes Outside on proper trail etiquette.

Good Morning,
While you are reading this, NAC is with 8 paddlers at Georgian Bay Islands National Park. On Friday afternoon, we paddled out into Georgian Bay from the mainland and after a few hours on the water, we beached on Beausoleil Island where we spend the night at Cedar Springs Camp. The next morning, we woke early, had a great breakfast and launched the kayaks back into the bay. We had an 18kn paddle to complete that circled the entire Island and brought us to Chimney Bay Primitive Campgrounds, where we set up for the night.
It is now Sunday morning, and we should be just getting breakfast ready. Shortly we will pack up the kayaks and paddle our way back to the mainland where we will pack up the vehicles and conclude our trip. If you were on the trip with NAC and are reading this email now, I truly hope you had a wonderful and adventurous experience!
This week, we will forego the usual GOOD TO KNOW article and replace it with a educational video, enjoy!
Take a moment to check out the Upcoming Events below and on Niagara Adventure Club's Events Page. We have four events coming up that will take us right to the end of September. Be sure to check those out and register for some Summer adventure!
That's all the news for this week.
Remember, the adventure never ends, it's just a change of location!
