This will be a long meeting, please ensure you are ready, make a nice hot cup of coffee/tea and have a notepad and pen, or tablet to take notes.
We will discuss the revised plan and itinerary in detail. We quickly go through a packing list and choose partners. This will be a chance for everyone to meet, ask questions, get answers and have a fun chat.
