Terms and Conditions

Persons wishing to register for membership or attend N.A.C. events must comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply may result in removal from any event and/or having a membership revoked and/or having Subscriber/Member benifits revoked. 

Inactive Subscriber accounts will be removed after 6 months of inactivity


  1.  Attendees are required to have a proper facemask.

  2. Attendees are required to have a recognized hand sanitizer. (Homemade, Hollistic or otherwise sanitizers are not permitted.)

  3. Unnecessary physical interactions are not permitted.

  4. Sharing of food, drink, apparel, gear, or other items are not permitted. 

  5. Physical distancing guidelines will be enforced and followed to the best of each persons abilities.

  6. Participants of E2E Hikes or any event that physical distancing is not possible must be fully vaccinated.


  1. Membership fees are to be paid in full annually.

  2. Membership fees are non-refundable.

  3. Membership begins on January 1st of said year and expires on December 31st of the same year.

  4. Membership Fees shall be paid in full at the time of registration. Unpaid or partial paid memberships will be revoked.

  5. Members must provide factual information when registering.

  6. It is the duty of the member to ensure that N.A.C. has the most recent contact information.

  7. Members are required to respond to emails and other such forms of communication when required.

  8. Members will be supplied with one membership card per year, there will be a fee of $3 for replacement membership cards.

  9. Photos/Videos taken or collected during or after any N.A.C. Event or Function becomes the property of N.A.C. and may be used for advertising or other purposes.

EVENTS (event terms apply to both NAC Members and NonMembers)

  1. Participants must complete an N.A.C. Participation Form before attending their first event.

  2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their N.A.C. Participation Form contains the most up to date information.

  3. Participants are to pay any and all event fees in advance. 

  4. Participants must carefully read and comply with the information provided in the event details.

  5. Persons attending events must be wearing appropriate apparel for the activity as detailed in the event information.

  6. Persons attending events must have the appropriate gear for the activity as detailed in the event information.

  7. Family pets are not permitted at N.A.C. events without making prior arrangements with club owner or guides.

  8. Participants are to give appropriate notice of cancelations. Deadlines are included in the event information.

  9. There will be no refunds for participants who cancel ofter the deadline or do not attend the event.

  10. Participants showing signs of impairment will not be allowed to participate.

  11. Alcohol and/or marijuana and/or narcotic use is not permitted before or during events.

  12. Participants are to remain with the group, unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

  13. Participants found to be rude or a disturbance will be banned from future N.A.C. events.

  14. Participants who regularily ignore event rules or N.A.C. guides will be banned from future N.A.C. events.

  15. Participants are required to inform Club Owner/Guide of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs (medications, ect.) prior to event.

  16. Participants are required to listen to and follow the instructions of the Club Owner/Club Guide.

  17. Photos taken or collected during or after any N.A.C. Event or Function becomes the property of N.A.C. and may be used for advertising or other purposes.


  1. There is not to be any use of profanity within the forum or its posts. User accounts failing to comply may be removed.

  2. No post shall contain hate speech or threats. Posts will be removed and user accounts may be deleted. 

  3. Any post found to be innacurate or non-factual are subject to removal.

  4. Any post that may place readers in jeopardy if instructions are followed are subject to removal.

  5. User accounts found in constant violation of these terms are subject to removal.


  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  3. Items found to be abused or have excessive use are not eligible for return.
