This is a great appetizer for camping or rafting trips when you have the availability of a cooler.
8-oz block of cream cheese
6-oz can of crab meat or tiny shrimp
10-oz jar of cocktail sauce (plastic is better than glass for river trips)
Instructions: Unwrap block of cream cheese and set out horizontally on serving plate. Drain can of crab meat (or shrimp) and pour over the cream cheese. Pour cocktail sauce on top of crab meat. Squeeze lemon juice on top, and serve on crackers.
